How to view crash reports and submit crash dumps.

I got a pixel 8a phone and installed graphemeos using the webusb installer about 2 weeks ago. I believe it’s had an update since.

My phone crashes/restarts regularly and I only have a YouTube client installed. I also use rumble via the browser.

Sometimes it crashes when I’m being ‘fancy’ (popping out the YouTube or rumble video, browsing while watching, etc. nothing too crazy.

I’m a c/c++ dev with decades of experience and I’d like to at least view crash reports if not run a core dump and try to figure out what’s going on.

I desperately want to use gos as my only phone but I can’t have it restarting 10+ times a day.

Is there a ‘getting started’ with development page somewhere? Or at least something that shows how to view crash reports?

I’m new to Android based devices, so maybe it’s part of the os? I looked at the website and GitHub pages a bit but couldn’t find anything.

gurgeh You can go to Settings > Security & privacy > More security and privacy > scroll down > Notify about system process crashes: enable it and see if you get a crash notification after reproducing the issue.
