More "charging survaillance"

HAPPY NEW YEAR! (not yelled, but enthusiastically emphasized! :) )

With the newest update 202431230 there came the possibility to limit the charge up to 80%.
I would like to ask, whether it would be possible to make this upper limit configurable (simply
adding an edit field to input a value would be sufficient I think) and add a lower limit.
Discharging a LiPo cell too low even more shorten the lifespan of a LiPo
cell.
With a editable upper and lower limit one could take care of the aging of the LiPo cell
in the phone.

We've kept it simple and are using a specific API for this. While it might be possible to change the threshold, it risks regressions and issues, so we won't be making any changes to this for now.
