I do use Vanadium as my main browser for logging into my accounts.

I am looking for a second (secondary) browser to use when not using Vanadium.
Right now the FOSS privacy browsers are limited since popular ones, mulch (chromium-based) and mull (Firefox-based) will be discontinued unfortunately!

I need a browser that is used a lot by GOS users as this will improve my fingerprinting (since websites can detect your OS and the browser you use and then deanonymize based on that).
Also it would be better that the browser you recommend is open source and has AD blocker.

Currently, I am thinking of choosing Cromite, Brave, or Fennec (Firefox fork).
And other recommendations?

Well, only Brave then. Both Cromite and (especially) Fennec/Firefox are insecure options (certainly less secure than Brave), so "a lot of GOS users" would likely use Brave.

Brave is generally the recommendation after Vanadium.

I do understand that Brave is much better than Fennec, since fennec (Firefox) is not a secure option for Android devices.
But what about Cromite? why is it insecure? although it is chromium based (per-site process isolation) feature is available and receives updates frequently.

Others have already mentioned Brave.

The reason it's mentioned is because Gecko based browsers, such as Firefox etc. , lack proper site isolation / sandboxing like Chrome based browsers (Vanadium, Brave...) offer in Android
