App Store shows update available but depends on missing packages

Google Play Store depends on com.google.android.gms, which is missing from the list of available packages.

I have a similar issue but it's much worse for me: I got a Pixel 7 today and cannot install Play Services at all which makes it unusable for me. It just doesn't show up in the App Store so I cant install gms and by extension the play store and lots of apps I need. I hope this is a temporary issue and will be fixed.

Edit: It somehow just magically appeared, I now have Play Services installed, you (OP) should check if it's fixed for you too.
