OneKTN816 You really shouldn't have uninstalled it due to the App Store error about it being missing from the app repository. You may need to take additional steps to restore your setup to how it was. By uninstalling it, you removed all of the data it had stored including the setup for push notifications in each app using it and other state.
Before reinstalling Play services, remove the Play Store and Google Services Framework apps too so you get a fresh start with it. Google Services Framework won't be installed if you installed sandboxed Google Play after the release of Android 15, so you might not have that installed. It depends on when you first installed it. You may need to reinstall some of your apps depending on Play services since they largely aren't designed to handle it being removed or having data cleared. If you have issues with push notifications in any of your apps going forward, that's why.
