QR code wifi ; slomo camera ; use Samsung stock apps

Hi you, recently i got a New phone with graphene os on it. I want to now if there is a solution to scan and auto log in / share the WIFI Network.
Also I could not find a SloMo Video Function.
And I am wondering if I could use apps from Samsung, like the camera app with slomo, or the notice app which I reall Liked.
I would much appreciate it if someone could help me with this ! :)

Can you expand on this question? GrapheneOS supports exporting Wi-Fi credentials via QR code on a one-by-one basis.

newtographene123 You would have to find it in the settings to scan the QR code to log into the WiFi network.

If you're talking about the hold to slomo, I don't think Pixels have it. The more you use the Pixel, the more you're going to think that other Android OEM's features are way ahead of Google's. I'll give it three years to catch up.

It's not possible to use Samsung Camera and Gallery on Pixel.

missing-root Sure it may be bloated (400+ system, and apps compared to 200+ on Graphene), but the quality of life features are way ahead of Google. On top of that, the so called bloat are uninstallable. One man's bloat is another man's treasure.

Samsung is extremely bloated. Their camera requires "samsung services", likely as system app.

Not sure about notes.

There are multiple apps to extract APKs, like APK Kit

You can try to install that notes app as a user app on an Android OS without all the Samsung stuff in it, but it may not work.

You could install F-Droid and check for all the available note apps there.

And the Google Pixel Camera is the one that works out of the box on GrapheneOS. As well as OpemCamera and others.

de0u thanks for your answer. Well i just want to scan a wifi login QR code with my phone eg. you find on routers, instead oft typing in the whole password.
Also I had the same feature if I wanted to give others access to the same network I'm in, that It showed an qr code at -connections - WiFi -the networks properties which could be scanned and also accessed afterwards.

The built-in camera app includes a QR scanner.

I believe if you check the settings for a specific Wi-Fi network on GrapheneOS you will find a "Share" button.

I have never found a way to use the scanned WiFi QR code with a second Pixel phone.
It's crazy: you can show and share a QR code from your Pixel phone, which you want to use as WLAN hotspot aka tethering, but there is no way for other devices to use it.
You can scan it, and then???
There is no link, no description, no share destination to select, to get it into the WiFi setup on the phone, which want to use the hotspot (get the scanned WiFi credentials into the other phone).

(I hope, you can understand what I mean. Maybe there is a way to do it, but I couldn't find it)

I don't know about Pixel phones in general, but on GrapheneOS one can go to Settings, Internet, scroll to the bottom of the Wi-Fi list, tap on "Add network", and I expect you'll see a little QR-code icon next to the "Enter the SSID" field.

Of course, we are talking about a Pixel phone with GrapheneOS here, but other WLAN-enabled devices with a camera could also support this.
However, you have to find this way first! It's well hidden!

de0u this is how it works on all Android versions, if they didnt change something weird.

Samsung for example doesnt show the password when sharing, just the QR code. Totally unnecessary and restrictive.
