Which Molly version when using Play Services

I'm currently using the regular Molly release (not FOSS) on my phone with Play Services installed. I update through Obtainium. I saw that Accrescent would be the better choice, but from what I can tell, they only offer the FOSS version?

Would it still make sense for me to switch to it, or would that just drain my battery because it's not using the Google push mechanism?

Duct9143 If you have play services installed, using Molly FOSS will only drain your battery even more, so I'd keep the regular version

Duct9143 Accrescent would be a better choice, but you can also use the app AppVerifier found in Accrescent to verify you have the legitimate Molly installed. You'll only need to do that once since the OS won't allow updates with signatures that don't match.
