Has anyone experienced WiFi speed issues on this build? We have a P9P and P8, both experiencing WiFi speed issues after updating.

NightSky no. Everything is running fine for me and I haven't heard of other people who have the same issue as you. I'd suggest resetting network settings from the Owner profile in Settings > System > Reset options to see if that helps.

Are the speed issues present on multiple Wi-Fi networks or just one? If one, has the access point or router been rebooted?

I figured out my issue. It had nothing to do with grapheneOS. My 5GHZ channel was having some type of interference (guessing) and a channel change resolved the issue.
