Data Leak?

Today I checked my Number for Data Breaches but a few Sites did say that it had not. Then I tested on Cybernews for Data Leak and it showed that my Phone Number was leaked one time before with twilio authy. Now I'm worried what that means or what to do. Because I don't understand how my Number did get leaked with an Authy App? Because I never used that one before and I guess it was from a few years ago from the user before me who maybe had my Number. Because I only had a few Spam Calls which I did not answer and I blocked them immediately. And since I don't receive SMS...I don't know if I would need to change my Phone Number in my Situation. Since I only use a few Apps, everything with 2FA and only Open Source and secure Apps. And I guess this data leak was in the past before me, but I'm not sure. What should I do or what does it mean for me that this Leak happened? And is this Cybernew Leak even a good test?

DeletedUser34 Cybernews is a terrible news site spreading lots of misinformation. It's not surprising if they have a malfunctioning data breach detection tool.

According to devs, Cybernews is not a site to go by, you're not doing anything wrong my friend, they would like you
to believe that you do but trust your senses.

The other day I observed (on my free Proton tier) my VPN munching on data outside the tunnel (on always on VPN) while switching servers.
