Kernel Crash

My P7P just froze on site no buttons would work, no power nothing. Then phone rebooted itself and when came back on it said (Kernel Crash). Had phone 20 months never had any crash ever. In last 3 weeks i had a (system crash or something like that) Now a ( Kernel Crash). Is this normal or common? This A-15 has been shity, preferred A-13 or A-14 never a problem not once.

JJ1992 If the kernel crashes, typically there is a crash dump, which contains information that is useful in diagnosing the problem. If an application crashes, often there is a crash dump for that as well. Posting diagnostic information might enable people here to guess at what's going wrong.
