Install gets stuck restarting device on Flash Release

Hello,

I've tried a couple of times in the past month or so, today I tried flashing my Pixel 4 with the web installer and it fails. Like with previous attempts, it gets stuck on "Restarting device..." on Flash Release when the device boots in fastboot mode. I've tried several times and for the last attempt, I left it plugged in while I went off to do other things and it's been plugged in for about an hour with no change. Any idea what is going on? I've tried on Microsoft Edge and Brave and I'm running Windows 11. Let me know what more info you need.

This isn´t a solution, I have the same problem. I´m on win10 and mine is a pixel 4a tho.
Tried the WebInstall and the PowerShell method, same result, stuck even after 1 hour.
Phone is on the fastbootd screen,

PowerShell is stuck at this step:

Hi again,

I did manage to solve the problem and flash GrapheneOS to my Pixel 4a. It was somehow the fault of my laptop (Lenovo Legion Y720) I was trying it from i guess. Maybe using a different USB port would work too, i only have one USB-C so I tried to use my other phone (Motorola Moto G 5G Plus) to flash from through the Web-Installer and it worked first try without a hitch.

The USB-C port on my laptop is also a Thunderbotl 3 port, i'm not sure if that's something that'd cause the problem.

May I ask you, what USB cable did you use? Stock Pixel cable or something else?
