Noticed this problem a few days ago while on build 2024112700. Tried 2024120200 today but no change.
I am suddenly getting either an immediate Call Ended screen or simply a ding and fail when trying to make phone calls (stock Phone app). Received calls go to voicemail, no ring. This happens on both lines. SMS and data work fine on both. Calls via Signal work (mic and speaker ok).
Tried all combinations of 5G, LTE, LTE Only, WiFi calling, 2G, Advanced Voice, on and off, etc. Also removed Verizon SIM with same result just on the ESIM.
Reset the Mobile Network settings and also App Preferences. Cleared Phone app storage & cache.
I have very few apps on this phone as it's only a month old and haven't done any crazy permissions removal or messing with things I shouldn't, etc. I don't use voice calling but once or twice a week so I'm not sure exactly when it broke, but it was ok the first few weeks. No phone or contacts plugin apps or anything funky. No weird apps at all in fact--Signal, a VPN, a text editor, and some email. (No I don't use my phone much!)
Looked at ##4636## info and nothing sticks out on either line. Seems to be dying in the phone before either carrier gets it anyways.
I'm not opposed to a full reset or reinstall but anyone have any more ideas? I've looked at Phone app logs but they don't really give anything up obvious, mostly seems to be about drawing the screen lol.
