Skyway For some reason it doesn't handle GIFs properly, probably an AOSP problem not related to GOS. I also know there is an issue with photos downloading in user profiles

Hello, i updated to this version (and i think i also updated this webview thing) and now some of my contacts are gone.

I noticed when opening whatsapp, that some contacts where only numbers while others had the correct name. Im not sure if they where deleted at that point already. I then reset the "contacts" permission, and it didnt do anything. And then i noticed that some contacts just dont exist anymore...

(Im not using contact scopes, just the normal permissions)

Once again all my web apps created with Vanadium have disappeared after updating... It's very frustrating having to manually add these again.

This also happened with update 2024112700.

@fablpro92 did you also experience this again with this update?

Grafeen In the stock launcher? Maybe another launcher that allows backups could be useful, though I don't know if PWAs are stored as well.

No problem with the Pixel Tablet using the stock launcher, PWAs unchanged after the update.

Grafeen no issues here with my Vanadium PWAs in stock launcher (multiple PWAs in multiple folders). This has been the case for all of the updates in the last six months and possibly more.

SerenityNow Yeah, I'm using the stock launcher. Maybe I could bookbmark all PWA's so I can add them again more easily after an update. I might look into using a launcher as well if this issue persists.

After the latest update "only" created PWAs from Brave are gone. PWAs from Vanadium UNC Cromite are still there. So maybe it's a Brave problem.

Im using stable on a P6Pro. No PWAs disappeared for me.
