Question about installation on a now rooted phone

I have a Pixel 6 Pro and it is currently rooted and running an older version of Android 14 (haven't gotten around to updating). I don't really care for root anymore and want to install GrapheneOS instead.

The bootloader is unlocked and hasn't really been messed with in a while.

I've read around and think I'm ready, but just double checking on two main questions with the web installer:

Since the bootloader is unlocked, do I need to do anything special for the install? Or do I just skip the bootloader unlock? (And I presume the device will be factory reset correctly on install)
Do I need to update the phone before running the installer (I haven't updated in a while and would like to skip it)?

Yes, just skip the bootloader unlocking step since it's already unlocked. When you lock the bootloader it will also perform a factory reset just like unlocking does.
You don't have to but it could resolve issues if you encounter any during installation.
