Cannot transfer files from PC to GrapheneOS - USB connection issues

I'm trying to transfer files from my PC to my GrapheneOS phone but running into issues. Here are the steps I've taken:

Unlocked my phone
Connected it to my computer via USB cable
Selected "File Transfer" under USB options
Selected connected device on my computer

However, after a while, I get an error saying "change not possible"
why? which setting i have to change?

hackenporsche Have you installed the device drivers?

"I'm using the same PC that I used to install GrapheneOS on my phone, so it already has the Fastboot drivers installed and was used for unlocking the bootloader. My phone shows up in Device Manager as an Android device.
Do I need to install any additional drivers?"

Im useing a Google Pixel 6 Pro btw

hackenporsche Not sure. Sometimes I needed to change the driver, not the fastboot driver, and added the device in the device manager. That was tedious till I found the right one for the phone to even show up in Windows Explorer.

Maybe you could uninstall all device drivers and reinstall them while you are in transfer mode on the phone. But I can't guarantee anything.
