Time zone changes by itself and is now incorrect

I've been using GrapheneOS for a month already and yesterday, I noticed that the time was not correct. I checked my settings and noticed that the phone picked the wrong time zone. I tried rebooting a few times and waiting, after a while, it went back to normal.

And now, when I woke up today, same problem occured... Any fixes for this or at least an explanation of why this is happening ?

Xupix so you mean the time zone changed again to something different? Are you using any VPNs? Have you tried to manually set the time instead of auto?

Xupix Do you live near the edge of a time zone? I have previously had this happen briefly, both on stock OS and GOS, when I was traveling near the edge of a time zone.

DeletedUser87 No VPN or nothing like that. Manual works and I just wanted to ask if it's an ongoing issue or just a lil' bug on my side

Xupix Then I have no idea, this is the first report I'm seeing of automatic time zone changes. So I guess it's a bug.

And I guess it's not much bc this issue only happened twice and everything seems normal for now
