Is it possible to change the voice in calls?

Is it possible to change the voice, on a OS level?
Or with third party apps?
For phonecalls of all sorts?
I would like to annonymise my voice in signal phone calls.
Any suggestions on what is possible?

Ideal would be real time change to an ai voice bit i'm fine with a pich up or down

Obviously it is technically possible. It would have to be implemented within GrapheneOS for regular phone calls since it requires higher privileges to access the audio stream (it isn't implemented), and would have to be implemented in the particular 3rd party software you're using for VoIP calls.
