Dumdum I read the article and from what I've read, I think I should go with Protonmail as their everything zero-knowledge encrypted which is not same for Mailbox. Suppose, I am received so many important documents via mail then may be my mail is zero-knowledge encrypted with Mailbox but not my documents. Am I right?

In anonaddy, the most costly plan offers 30 recipient or you can say 30 real email addresses. But don't sure about SimpleLogin.

Anybody know the risks of using Tuta based on Germany over Proton in Switzerland? What with the 14 Eyes and all...

Clark As long as the email provider use zero-knowledge encryption and you are not doing anything against government, both are good. But if we review the past records where both these services received government orders for handover user data, Tuta handled it more strictly.

But there have multiple factors for deciding. Like, if you have everything in one place or you want only email.

Clark As Tuta use zero-knowledge encryption, all your data can be decrypt only using the master key or your password so even they try to steal your data, they can't.
Not sure about potential chat control as I never heard anything like this. See, if you'll use this address for regular conversation then I can't say anything. But, if you want to use it in your personal things (which I've done), I never find anything wrong with it. About 2 yrs old free account still work for me.

Currently, I am finding an alternative of Tuta for regular usages and I can't find anything except Proton
