Fix for wallpaper stretching in secondary user profiles

This topic is stretched over so many threads that I felt the need to make a new one.
Wallpapers in secondary profiles seem to take on the aspect ratio of the home screen of the owner account. If the aspect ratios of the owner home wallpaper is the same as secondary home and lock screen wallpapers, there is no issue. Live wallpapers probably won't work, mine didn't.
Incidentally, if you set wallpapers with Fossify Gallery, it crops them to the shape of your screen.
Other threads have recommendations to use one of several wallpaper apps, but those crash on reboots for me.

de0u I did not enjoy my last interaction on the issue tracker, so not really. Feel free copy it over there.
Small correction: Fossify crops wallpapers to 9:16. On other screen sizes manually cropping might be better.

After manually cropping to the proper 10:19 of my screen, the issue returned.
Setting home and secondary wallpapers to 16:9 (as Fossify does by default) does work, but to be more to the issue than inherited aspect ratios.
A bit odd, as the wallpapers usually seem to stretch to the owner ratio.

masytan does that only happen with Fossify Gallery or maybe other gallery apps too (default Gallery, Google Photos)?

As in set the ratio to 9:16? I don't know, but it's just cropping, so you can just do it in advance with most galleries.
