It is very difficult to create a fake account with ChatGPT and others. I use Aria AI from Opera (beta version of the browser, also available for Linux with Flathub) and was able to create a fake account with a cock.li email.

Opera's Aria AI is very powerful and has helped me a lot so far. Even available in my native language.

There are also alternative LLMs out there that don't require an account, and advertise that they are (at least to a certain degree) privacy-respecting. One such service that comes to mind is Duckduckgo's chatbot. Apparently the Brave browser is also integrating an LLM which don't require an email address. Although whether or not these services tend to spew out non-sensical text dipped in garbage even more often than their alternatives, I cannot attest to.
