freakthis's message indicated that he had managed to install and run the app via Aurora Store (without a Google account). I'll give that a try.

Graph83 installing it is no problem, but in my case it then didn't open nor run, and I abandoned the whole idea.
If you make it through it would sure be great, and either way don't forget to keep us posted!

Graph83 well, yuka dev enforces account creation before being able to do ANYTHING in app and lies this is necessary to "store scan history". That alone makes sure it shouldn't get my sweet sweet personal details.

Graph83 Can confirm. It still works for me, albeit, as someone else said, you do seem to need a Yuka account to use.

I've managed to the screen which asks for my email. However, everytime I enter one, it just says that an unknown error occured. Tried with play integrity blocked and unblocked. Didn't work.
