Problems fast charging pixel 7

Hello, i'm having problems charging my pixel 7 with a fast charger. At first there was no problem charging the phone whatsoever but since a while now there is this problem that i cant use the fast charger because it immedeatly goes into a loop of charging and stopping charging and stopping. I wouldnt bother writing because i would think that its a hardware issue of my phone but my gf also has a pixel 7 where the same thing started to happen.

Also theres a problem if you start up the phone when your able to enter the password faster than the sim card pin then the phone goes dark and the only thing you can do to make it work again is long press the power button and go into and out of the emergency mode. only then you are able to enter sim pin and phone is now running as it should

cr3sto have you tried a different charger/cable? That sounds like one of these two is broken.

You're the only person who is reporting this issue so it's unlikely to be caused by the OS. My guess is it's most likely a hardware problem.

Try turning the phone completely off. Can you charge it then?

Can you use other chargers? I don't personally pay much attention to chargers and all that, but does the phone support the charger you're using?

Is she using GrapheneOS or the stock OS? Is she using the same exact charger and cable or the same make & model charger and cables?

Its not the charger or the cable they are both fine my gf has the same charger and cable. It also works fine for my laptop. Simetime it works but often it does the looping. Its a software issue. Also lots of kernel crashes and other software anomalies. I like gos but its by far the modt unstable rom ive used..
