Turn off mobile data etc on other user profile

I use grapheneos happily except for this issue: I cant toggle on&off many functions on other user profiles! To turn on&off mobile data, hotspot, etc!
Please add that we can give user profiles power over these settings. This is the only real critique i have with this os, except for the wallpaper that gets distorted.
But it is a big one for me, im even thinking about switching to the main profile because of this :(

I am currently considering switching to Graphene and am curious.

What do you mean by this? These options don't exist in other profiles, or are they just independent in each profile?

Dirty workaround, but you may be able to do that by installing a vpn, leaving it disconnected and blocking connections without it.

Another function I'd like to see profile dependant is Wifi and Bluetooth scanning. Useful on a full blown Google navigation profile, but unpractical to have to manually enable/disable it all the time.
