I have a question regarding the Accrescent Store.
I installed the ExifEraser and BeauTyXT apps from the Accrescent App Store on my Owner profile.
If I wish to distribute them to other user profiles from the Owner profile, is it necessary for me to install/select the Accrescent Store again on the other user profiles?
What would be the outcome if I simply selected these two apps without the Accrescent Store?

Also, I was wondering if the Accrescent Store uses any Google services?

This doesn't depend on the app store used for initial installation.
GrapheneOS offers a convinient extra feature
In the owner profile, open Settings app and go to System->Mutliple users and select one of the secondary profiles (on Adnroid 15, it's no longer 'Multiple users' but 'Users').
You'll find 'Install available apps' - 9x9 dots icon.
Independent of the installation source, you can select any installed app to be activated for others (the currently selected User in the previous step) too.
