Private Space vs User Profile for better privacy and sensitive data

So I'm thinking to use Owner profile as daily driver. With google play Installed, trello, some work related apps, etc. Proton VPN running.

But I want a space that would completely not interact with Apps on Owner profile and Google Play store/account on there. I can't decide which option is better for complete anonymity and storage of sensitive files. I might have Google services installed on the private profile/space too, but for different apps and run it with Orbot.

Pros/cons I see in both:

When private space is locked no one can see what apps are installed on it. While with user profiles you can see all apps installed on all profiles through owner profile settings, don't really like this...
USB file transfer is impossible from Private Space. This seems more secure?
User profiles don't share anything with Owner profile it seems? Meanwhile private space shares clipboard and might have other unknowns when unlocked?

Any opinions, suggestions for such use case?

I mean, USB file transfer is also impossible if you turn the USB port setting to Charging Only. Unless you mean, if users want to have USB transfers in regular profile, but have a section thats locked from USB transfers? In which case, sure.
