Location with Google Services less accurate than Google OS

Hi,
I recently moved to GrapheneOS on my Pixel 7, but found that the location never manages to be accurate indoor (OSMAnd says 700m accuracy) even by disabling the location rerouting, enabling the "Google Location Accuracy", and enabling always on for wifi and bluetooth scanning.

My Pixel 6 pro (work phone) on Google stock OS, without any SIM card, manages to get a precise location at the exact same spot, right after booting. My Oneplus 5t on Lineage OS 19.1, with google services, didn't have this issue.

I would like to post some debugging but don't know where to look for, and didn't see anything in Logcat.

Did you turn on WiFi Scanning?

I did, and there's at least 10 SSIDs visible in my area.

Try turning on "Reroute Location Requests to the OS" option https://i.imgur.com/93g7bp9.png
See if it works.

Strange. I have a Pixel 7 and OSMAnd gets my location indoor with good accuracy without me changing any default setting. Is it only with OSMAnd or all maps Apps?

maximus87 all apps. Google Maps has also a 800m accuracy (it doesn't show the number but it seems the same as OSMAnd), and GPS status indicates the same.

It is specifically annoying for commute apps, which adds your trips based on your location, and once I arrive somewhere I usually end the trip and turn the location off. Sadly, with the current accuracy, if I forget to do it I need to go outside so it can track me accurately and end the trip.

maximus87 also, to be fair, in my building my 2 other phones cannot get the location with the GPS only. But with Wifi I managed to get something very accurate.

I created a new profile and tested there, and the location works without any issue. I think there's an issue with my profile, I'll reset my phone.

In fact, I really don't know what happened. I've reset my device, just tested with a totally new profile by only having the 3 Google services apps installed + Google Maps and OSMAnd. It's slightly better than before (the accuracy is 500m now), but not precise.
