Health insurance app is not supporting Pixel 6a with Play services

Hi,
I tried to install the app of my health insurance TK, but Google Play Store claims, that my device is not compatible.
Using build 2024102100 with Play services installed. Do you have any advice?
Thanks in advance!

Ps. Already tried, if theres a difference using main profile, work profile or private space. It doesnt matter.

I installed the TK app anonymously via Aurora store and it works without issues.

I briefly touched base on explaining the "not compatible" issue in the apps compatibility step by step guide. Perhaps it may help provide more insight for others as well that encounter this issue with certain apps.

True. Unfortunately TK decided to utilize the crappy Play Integrity for "security". There is not much you can do about that. You could try to contact their dev-team and explain how to whitelist GrapheneOS, as their motivation is clearly focused against rooted Custom Roms, which GOS is not. But I would think that you will have a low chance of success.

Thanks! Unfortunenately this app isnt a banking app. Its my health insurance app. My banking apps are working without any problems!

Maybe you could set up a second phone with regular Google just for these cases?

Yes, that works for now. However it should be noted that this approach will only install the last version that did not yet include Play Integrity and it will never update to the latest versions and most likely stop working one day because the release is outdated.

Might be that they are hiding the Play Store entry for non-GMS-certified OSs, but not utilizing integrity checks for actually running the app.
