As far as i know on iphones you can quickly disable biometrics by tapping the power button five times. Will something like that be implemented in gos? The documentation says that they improved fingerprint security by limiting the attempts to five, but after 3 you are prompted for your password wich makes it harder to disable fingerprint unlock without looking at the phone (for example if you want to do it with your hand in your pocked so nobody notices)
I've heard that there is a feature planned where you can add a pin as a second factor to your fingerprint. This would solve this problem, but having to allways put a pin in is a hasle so i think having the option to just quickly disable biometrics like on the iphone would also be a nice option.
Is something like this planed?
