MySudo & Abine Blur and GrapheneOS

I would like to ask you, do you know what is the state of usability in regard to MySudo and Abine Blur (particularly the phone masking function)?
As far as I remember, there is a chance to use MySudo, but if and only if a paid account has been created through regular Android/iOS phone. Do you know whether I will be able to pay for MySudo account directly within GrapheneOS available google services? I see that MySudo has an online portal but it is in beta state - maybe in the future it would be possible to pay for an account through it.
Concerning Abine Blur and its phone masking function - do you know whether it works properly in terms of phone calls receiving, sms receiving? In addition, do you know whether the Blur Android app works properly on GrapheneOS since it is the only way to produce outgoing calls from the masked number? Thank you.

Hi there 7ef8sio1 the best advice I can give you is to download the apps yourself on GrapheneOS and test them, from a cursory glance at these products I would say that used alongside sandboxed play services they 'should' work. Obviously if they depend on Play and the app store for subscription management you will need a Google account with a payment method.

Only thing I am concerned over is the fact that if it depends on the webview or browser the hardening in Vanadium might break functionality in Blur.

Flex those power user muscles and please give them a go and report back. Your feedback will be valuable to the community at large as unfortunately we cannot test every app available on the Play Store. Maybe in the mean time others who use these services can give a more solid answer.

I would be more than happy to test the apps and report to the community. In this particular case, I would like to mention that both apps are paid service and I would need to buy a subscription before having a chance to test them. This is why I asked here whether somebody already knows more about the compatibility between MySudo and Abine Blur with the sandboxed google services within GrapheneOS. I hope you would agree that buying a paid subscription for a service like MySudo and Blur which could be unusable is not the best strategy.

7ef8sio1 apologies late night and faulty assumption/interpretation led me to think you were already a user of those services.

Would the subscription if purchased through play not be valid for a refund if the app doesn't work in the 24 hour window?

Hello MetropleX and thank you for responding. No worries at all.
In regard to the subscription - for the first one I believe it is not possible but for the second one it is possible to get refund within 14 days (official info). I am more interested in MySudo - probably I should reach out to their tech support team for advice.
