I did read that in the Vanadium Github Release and wanted to know if Vanadium is still planned to be available for Users outside of GrapheneOS?

"Vanadium isn't yet officially available for users outside GrapheneOS, although we plan to do that eventually."

Yes, I remember the Official GrapheneOS account stating they still want to make it available to users outside of GOS in the future - when Vanadium will have more features.
