GuyN916 Hello, New to the forums today. I was wondering the usual timeline before GrapheneOS supports Android 15 or a new Android version? I see that it does 14. Regards,
dsdx331 according to their x activity it will be a few days max, source was released in september so they had plenty of time to prepare
Panda-na dsdx331 GuyN916 No need to go to (or use) X! https://grapheneos.social/@GrapheneOS/113312412851899128
whambam Panda-na But then you would have missed this: It's mostly ready but they haven't pushed kernel tags for 7th gen Pixels yet and there's a major camera HAL crash issue across devices which we figured out how to work around with a hack for the Android 15 Beta and we expected the stable release would solve it and it didn't. https://x.com/GrapheneOS/status/1846272295050096661 We'll need to come up with a proper solution to the camera HAL issue and then it should be fully ready to ship for 6th/8th/9th generation. 7th gen is still held up by needing them to finish pushing the kernel tags which might still be hours from now. https://x.com/GrapheneOS/status/1846272468215878088
