So I've been on graphene os for around 1/2 months and for the most part I really like it.
Its a lot less noisy then stock Android I would say 10 -20% better battery but I have a few issues that are becoming a nuisance.
Things I would like to improve
1) Backups I can't get it to work with nextcloud at all, and it seems to be a common issue with Graphene & Seedvault. This should be getting a lot more attention from the Devs, IMO, as it seems to affect a lot of users. I don't really want to be starting from scratch to stay in the Graphene ecosystem with a new phone
2) It should come installed with something like Aurora as standard, making it easier for the first timers who have never run a degoogled device while i can install an APK not everyone can/knows hoow
3) When installing google services, it would be great to get some sort of "tip" menu to say this app needs XXX permission allowed in google play services to work ( took me a while to get whatsapp to download backups because I didn't have the permissions) or the hardened security may interfere with this app
Things it does well
1) Updates frequently
2) less noise from notifications
3) Battery life
4) Size of the OS is smaller then stock android and the days of phones with SD card being long gone this is defiantly a good thing
5) Android auto is now working great but I had some issues linked to permissions
