Feature Request: Add Profile Switching to Power Button Menu

Hi,

I’ve found the “End session” option for user profiles under the power button menu to be very convenient, and it’s become second nature for me to press the power button when I want to switch profiles, especially between the owner profile and others. However, I’ve noticed that there’s currently no option to directly switch profiles from this menu.

Would it be possible to add a “Switch Profile” option to the power button menu, at least for the owner profile? I think it would streamline the process and make profile switching more intuitive, similar to how ending a session works.

paps but the manage profiles button is right next to the power button? I don't see how it's any less convenient

DEADCAT OK you're right but I was talking about physical power button and menu popping up after pressing that little while.

That would be convenient if holding down the power button brought up a customizable menu, similar to iOS 18's customizable control center. Maybe this would be better implemented in AOSP than something Graphene adds on top.

Currently Android does have the Quick Settings tiles by swiping down though, and a combination of this app with something like Shortcut Maker would allow you to create a Quick Settings tile to swap users. (Create a quick settings tile that's a shortcut to com.android.settings.Settings$UserSettingsActivity)
