you must be using a Vpn or some sort of thing
ive had this issue happen to me and i turned on and off the phone and played with my vpn settings and 1-2 days later it stopped doing so.
ive also noticed that if i send a picture it would go through so id force a new verification through sending pictures instead of a message.
all worked good just need to play with it a bit
