Notification history turns off?

Hi all,
I have a weird thing going on my p8. The notification history turns off by itself, when I try to open it from Settings>Notifications>Notification history it is toggled off, just now i turned it on for the third time.

Is it off by default? And if so may it be turned off with an update? Is it possible to see a list of default settings of graphene os somehow or may it be available with the os documentation? If it is please point it out for me.

Or could it be added to the Info app with an option to run a quick system-wide check, to compare what settings have been changed from default?displaying the outcome with a brief comment on anything different from default that is potentially weakening device security.

Also wondering what is the reason for it to be possible to turn it off at all?

If I recall correctly, yes. But it shouldn't be turning off, update or not. I turned history on and have never toggled it since in the 2 years I've had my phone.

Did all three times occur on the one phone?

Dumdum then it should be the backup/restore messing up with settings transferred Cause it is my 3rd device for a year since p8 was released, corelates with the three times I set the notification history on.

Another issue with notifications I have is that the Phone app has a line of text saying "1 category deleted" in the bottom of it's own notifications settings window, and Vanadium has text "2 categories deleted" in the same window of itself. I have not messed with notifications categories ever, i only ebabled some thst were off, and i thought i need them on, but still thy was on/off nothing gets deleted like that. And no way i could find out what are those deleted categories , none of other pps have similar things.

Can somebody elaborate on this any further please?

This seems to occur when you change SIMs

Onlyfun Vanadium has text "2 categories deleted"

This does happen when you delete the data of a website that has requested the notification permission

pml no, as i stated earlier, each time i had tk turn it back kn it wqs a new device, seems that its a bacjup/restore feature not restoring settings properly.
