Impossible to stop background activity of apps, at secondary profile start

Hi. I have updated GOS on P8P phone and two profiles on it. Owner profile and junk profile where I want to keep separated garbage shopping apps from several online/local stores. I have over 10 shopping apps there all with this settings:

*Network permission allowed in order to work when opened
*No other permission enabled. Even notifications is off
*Mobile data usage > Background data OFF
*App battery usage > Allow background usage OFF

I'm using app "NoRoot Firewall" to block some domains like facebook and such where some apps wants to go. This firewall also tells me which app want to connect and where.

The issue is that every time I load my junk profile, most of the apps there initialize many network connections in first 1-3minutes after profile starts. I don't like that data leakage if I want to open and use just one app. This don't happen while on carrier internet. But if wifi is enabled while switching profiles, data leakage occur every time. This pisses me off. For example Aliexpress app do that if you want to replicate this.

How to be sure to block apps from any background activity? Experimentally I even tried to enable data and battery saver. No change. Please how to deal with it? To enable or disable network permission for every time is 6 steps before app use and 6 steps after, and after steps required for profile switching it's unusable. That's strongly inconvenient.

BRNko I think apps will be started briefly every now and then, such as when unlocking the phone, even if background usage is disabled, so the apps still get a chance to send you notifications and so, just delayed. At least that is my guess, because I have observed the same. Some apps don't seem to do this if I turn of push notifications in their settings. Other apps seem to do it anyway.

I guess the setting to disallow background usage is mostly there to prevent apps draining your battery, by making sure they are not running most of the time, even if they want to.

With that said, I would also have liked periodic starts of the app to be disabled by that setting, since it does leak to the app server when you are using the phone and when not, rather than just when you are using the app and when not.
