Repeated calling issues with Signal and Cheogram (jmp.chat)

I posted about this a little over a month ago, but I continue to have intermittent problems with making and receiving phone calls through the Signal and Cheogram apps. It happens often enough, and only over WiFi.

Secondary profile, always on VPN, airplane mode, battery permissions given, no exploit protections restricted...

Weird that this only seems to happen when connected to WiFi. Anyone else have this issue?

Should add a few things.

1) The people I'm calling never see that I'm calling them and just get a missed call notification when my call drops.
2) Alternately, sometimes they do see that I'm calling. But when they answer, my end keeps ringing and never connects to them.
3) When people try to call me, I never see anything until a missed call notification.
4) I never have issues sending or receiving messages, even when calls aren't going through.

I have had this issue on Signal with stock/pre-installed Android OSes from other vendors (LG/Samsung) too. As a result, my relatives and colleagues just (try to) contact me on WhatsApp or regular carrier-based calling. Sorry this information isn't helpful, but at least you know you are not alone.
