Is the Capcut app incompatible with GrapheneOS?

I've been beating my head against the wall for a good month now. I am trying to get the Capcut video editing app to run on GrapheneOS (Pixel 8 Pro).

I have tried every method I can find, including installing all of the google play services and frameworks in their own Graphene user profile with all the available privileges enabled. I have also tried the suggestions in this app compatibility thread.

No matter the technique, the problem is always the same; whenever I open the Capcut app while connected to the internet, I receive the following notice which renders the app unusable:

and yes, I have tried installing it from the google play app as well.

The closest "workaround" I could find was activating airplane mode, opening the app, then selectivity disabling and re-enabling airplane mode whenever I performed an action that would prompt the app to perform this check (like downloading animation effects). It makes the program a hassle to use.

Has anyone found a solution to get Capcut to run normally on GrapeheOS?

chess473 Since you've tried installing from the Play Store, and that doesn't help, it may be the case that the app is using Play "Integrity" to verify that the OS is Google's OS or an OS shipped by a Google business partner. GrapheneOS isn't one of those, so at present the Play "Integrity" check will fail. If that's what's going on, it will be necessary to convince the app developers to allow GrapheneOS. I believe that recently a UK bank did exactly that, (source) so it's not impossible.
