CRM System - Connectivity fail

Hey guys,

I want to connect my Pixel to a CRM system, so I must scan a QR code here. I can download and install the app, but nothing happens when the system asks me to save the profile after inserting the name and trying to save it.

The goal is to connect the CRM system with the Pixel to make phone calls directly from the CRM.

It's unlikely there is a tip that will work for every CRM system that anybody has ever written. If it is possible to say which CRM application is being troublesome (and ideally which version, and where it's downloaded from), it's possible somebody here can help.
