Hey, my system language is set to English (US), but as soon as I switch the keyboard language in gboard to another language (German for example), there are no suggestions while typing.
I already downloaded both German and English Language Pack (via com.google.android.tts).
Note: I removed the network permission on Gboard and tts after downloading the language offline packs
