Telegram app can block screenshots

Just a fact - it's not possible to get a screenshot from Telegram public chat if it is forbidden by the chat's admin. GOS makes a black image. But some phone models (may be Sumsung line) can obtain such screenshots.
Is it possible to let GOS to ignore such restrictions in Telegram when I use my usual phone functions? I suspect an update is needed here.

It's no business of an app designer whether or not you take a picture of what is displayed on your phone. If the concern is security, then they should force the use of the unlock PIN or print. I could take a photo with another phone, so it is not ensuring privacy

I would also hope that GrapheneOS does not let an app know that the user made a screenshot either.
