Help: "No Compatible devices found" Message

I'm unable to unlock the boot loader because when I click the button I get the "No compatible devices found" message. The device is charging when plugged in. OEM is unlocked and Pixel and computer are updated.

I'm using a Pixel 8 with Android 14 on macOs Sequoia 15.0. I've tried Chrome and Brave. Using the USB-C to USB-C cable that the device came with. I've also tried another C to C cable that I use for data transfers on a hard drive. I've tried all the ports on my mac. I've even tried A to C with an adapter for two other cables.

What am I missing?

Are you connecting the phone to your Mac while the phone is booted into the bootloader interface? Steps to do that are here: https://grapheneos.org/install/web#booting-into-the-bootloader-interface

MacOS 15 is not listed as officially supported. I'm not sure why, and that doesn't necessarily mean it won't work.

Can you try a different OS?

Ah! It worked. I wasn't in the boot loader interface before clicking the button. My eagerness go ahead of myself. Thanks for the replies
