No manual mode or filters with Pixel Camera

Hello, hopefully this is just user error. I have a P8a and, as the title says, I am using the Pixel camera app (not the gos app) and I cannot locate any manual mode or filters for the camera.

Has anyone else experienced this or know of why these are not showing as available?

Only the Pro Pixels have manual mode with the stock GCAM app.

Wow, I was not aware of that. That's ridiculous. Are filters not available in the Pixel Camera for the 8a either?

For anyone that happens upon this thread, I have not found a definitive answer if the native Pixel 8a camera has (or should have) filters or not, but I am happy with the Open Camera app by Mark Harman. I haven't found filters in this app (only really wanted B&W originally), but it provides access to the manual features via the Camera2 API.
