No options in "Text to speech engine"

Trying to get voice navigation to work on Here WEGO. It asks me to go to device settings to select a text to speech engine but there are no options to pick from.

How do I go from here?

I don't need voice input just output. Meaning I don't need to speak to set a destination, but just to hear verbal directions.

You will need to install a Text To Speech engine app.

The stock OS comes with Google's, but that is not part of AOSP.

I did find CerePlay which works though it's pretty basic.

Only thing is it won't work with Network access revoked.

So for the benefit of others, Here WEGO teamed with CerePlay works well on Android Auto.

I'm very happy to have removed another Google spy avenue from my life.
