Work profile for different VPN connection

Is it possible to create a work profile on GOS so the apps within that profile will use a different IP from the one on my main‌?‌ I'm aware that GOS sandboxes each app effectively, rendering work profiles redundant, but it doesn't allow IP tunneling from 2 different VPNs like a work profile practically does

Yes this is possible but probably best to wait for when Android 15 lands next month and we get Private Space which is similar but designed for the use case rather than using a feature designed to give an app ownership and control of the work profile.

I have not had a good look at Private Space to see how it technically differs.

I use proton VPN. On each user. I have the app installed, and connected to a different host. I do not have any experiences with work profiles. I timed it recently. It took me 45 seconds to change sessions open app I needed. Input the data in the other user, and end session.
