Setting up a proxy on grapheneOS (not VPN)

I would like to ask a question about setting up proxies in grapheneOS. I want to buy dedicated IPs, not VPNs. A vpn offers a vast range of IPs, from alot of countries, and i dont really need that. I just need to buy some personal IPs, and thats it. There are alot of proxy providers that offer this service.

This proxy provides give you the hostname, port, username and password. GrapheneOS does have a built in support for VPNs, but i didnt see any built in support for proxies. I didnt see any place that i can put up hostname, port, username and password and use the proxy that i want.

Is there any method, way, built in functionality in graphenOS, or a special app that i can download in grapheneOS that supports this kind of stuff? I just want to put the hostname, port, username and password and then surf the internet like vpn does.

One way is to use Android's built-in proxy setup (ref). It isn't a transparent proxy in that apps will have to choose to use it (thebproxy isn't forced upon apps).

Another way is to use a transparent proxifier like SingBox, or its front-ends like Matsuri, Hiddify etc. These tools may seem a bit overwhelming at first due to the myriad of configurations they support, but have a large community behind them.

Rethink (an Android firewall app I co-develop) can also proxy to SOCKS5 or HTTP (CONNECT) tunnels. It can also run WireGuard as a "proxy". Though, it is way more limited as a proxifier when compared to SingBox (and its front-ends).
