not full device vpn on social media apps?

So apparently, I notice that when I open social media apps like Snapchat, TikTok, or Instagram, they don't use my IP from my VPN, like Orbot or ProtonVPN, for selecting the region of the app, but instead use my eSIM one from Poland, while I live in the Netherlands.
My VPN settings are set to "always on" and block connections without a VPN.

I tried searching for location spoofing but didn't get far with GrapheneOS.
