Clark If I turn off Network permission for example Binary Eye (FOSS qr code scanner), will the links not be opened in browser? I'm wondering what apps actually need Network, if I can turn it off for most of my apps...
The links will open in the browser even when the app has no network permission but the browser needs network permission to resolve the link. You could also just try this to see the result yourself, no harm in that.
