This is my first day on Graphene, I have been copying all my files over and wondering if there is another solutions besides re-flashing.
I'm sorry if this sounds like many issues combined into one post but they seem indicative of some system issue, because for the past 6 hours, there were no issues, but now, there are an incredible number of issues when I'm using GrapheneOS.
I'm not exactly sure what happened, but as I was downloading (not installing yet) a YouTube APK from apkmirror, my phone screen suddenly froze and no screen or button input worked. The clock time would not update.
REBOOT #1
I force-restarted and many apps that worked before this freeze are now not functional or have less functionality. I generated a bug report but the loading bar is not updating despite it being started 20 minutes ago, so I'm not sure if that was also affected. I looked at some system logs and Vanadium's seemed normal, the most recent being about initializing audio drivers or something, but Spotify's logs kept talking about exceptions with not being able to fetch release (?) or battery usage information. This made me disable Battery Saver, but the issues persisted.
Some apps that do not work at all anymore are Vanadium and Spotify. They take 5 or more seconds to trigger the animation that switches screens, then either show a completely black screen or the app logo. Waiting, force-restarting, disabling then re-enabling, do not fix it.
Also, other apps have seemingly reduced functionality. F-Droid will not uninstall an app or notify that an app has installed. In Material Files, I had a local FTP server running, but I lost connection when my phone froze, and even though I restarted it after the reboot, I still cannot access it from my other computer. Though Syncthing opened fine and I could interact with the UI, it did not start up the process that lets it communicate with other devices despite saying Starting.
REBOOT #2 ???
Okay, while I was writing this, GrapheneOS just rebooted on its own, and now Vanadium works fine, but Firefox immediately crashes, Log Viewer doesn't respond, so I cannot post logs, and hitting the Report button in Developer Options does completely nothing. At first, Spotify was functional, but it's reverted to its previously broken state after 2 minutes.
Currently I am running a scan with Hypatia to see if it's malware, and will try investigating in recovery mode afterwards, but this is completely confusing and strange behavior that I want fixed. Any explanation?
