If you have your own node, then Zeus is probably the best option.
If you don't have a node then you need have to make a tradeoff between privacy and self custody.
If you prefer self custody over privacy, you could use one of the wallets you have mentioned.
If you prefer privacy over self custody, you could use wallet.cashu.me or another ecash wallet that lets you hold ecash and also use it to pay Lightning invoices very privately

You don't need to trust them about custody, because its self custodial, but you need to trust them with privacy because they know all your transactions.

Webapps can also handle the keys localy without giving them to the server.
